All bookings must be confirmed with payment. We accept e-Transfer, debit cards, credit cards, and cash payments.

Prices are subject to 13% HST and are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD).

A security deposit of $800 CAD is required for all motorcycle rentals and is fully refundable upon return of the bike in the same condition.

We require 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a 50% fee.

Emergency situations are handled on a case-by-case basis with understanding and flexibility.

Weather-related cancellations are at the discretion of Joy Riders for safety reasons and will not incur additional fees.

All participants must have a valid M1 license for lessons or M2/M license for rentals.

Safety gear (helmet, gloves) is mandatory for all activities and will be provided if needed.

Participants must be at least 16 years old for lessons and 18 years old for rentals.

Joy Riders reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Basic liability insurance is included with all rentals. This covers damage to other vehicles and property, but not damage to the rental bike itself.

Participants are responsible for any damage to rental motorcycles beyond normal wear and tear.

Joy Riders is not responsible for personal injury or property damage that may occur during lessons or rentals.
